For over 15 years, Alexandra has been enabling leaders across levels, industries and geographies to create impact through their habits, teams, communities, and organisational outcomes.
She is a certified HR professional, team performance coach, and transformation expert who excels when partnering with executive-level stakeholders in complex environments to understand their business and strategic people needs and deliver practical and innovative people-first solutions. She has worked in Management Consulting, in the private sector (Research & Development, Financial Services, Telecommunications) and with the public sector (BC Government, Crown Corporation), helping organisations level up leadership behaviours, align to desired organisational culture, and foster a meaningful and inclusive work environment.
Alexandra was born in Belgium, has lived and worked in Canada, Singapore, Japan and Switzerland, and has studied in China. This global experience provides her with a valuable layer of cultural insight that enables her to bring an informed and comprehensive perspective to organisational strategic efforts. She holds a dual degree MBA from the University of Singapore and Peking University, as well as a BA from the University of British Columbia. Currently in pursuit of the Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional™ (CCIP) designation, her focus remains steadfast: empower today’s leaders to make great decisions that drive both connection and impact amidst this ever-changing environment.
Alexandra is Jim Green’s daughter, and it was Jim’s wish that she continue his work after his passing. In 2011 Jim began formally mentoring her, and from 2013 to 2019 she actively contributed to developing the Centre for Social Innovation and Inclusion @ 312 Main.
Alexandra reveres the work that Jim did in developing social and mixed-use housing, championing inclusivity for the economically disadvantaged, and creating cultural programs that improved the lives of thousands in the inner-city.
